oonty Norman, who composes the music for the iconic 007 series, says, “They’ll think seriously because she’s got the right kind of sweeping voice.”

on top of this, writer Lee Pfeidder, the co-author of ‘The Essential James Bond’ book, has described the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ runner-up as “a throwback to those great days when the likes of Dame Shirley Bassey would be asked to sing”.

other artists to have recorded Bond themes include Sir Paul McCartney, Madonna, Garbage, Sheryl Crow, Tina Turner and Duran Duran.
