Supermodel gets sued

Another lawsuit for copyright infringement has been issued to Heidi Klum’s reality TV show `Project Runway’. The designer and fashion merchandiser who filed legal action claim that they pitched the idea for the show, which has been registered with the Writers’ Guild of America, to Heidi’s agents in July 2003 – three months before the show was launched by the supermodel and production company oiramax. The legal trouble comes after an earlier incident last month, where a writer also sued the producers for copyright infringement. [9 December 2005]
