A former rehab patient has claimed that the father of Geri Halliwell’s baby was a drug addict. Hollywood scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi – whose baby the former Spice Girl is due to give birth to next month – allegedly spent eight months in rehab for a heroin and crack cocaine addiction. It is also claimed Sacha was kicked out of the band Bush after having an ecstasy overdose on stage. The fellow patient says, “It was mainly used by addicts for whom rehab was the last option. It was filled with hardcore, long-term addicts. The only difference between him and a street junkie was that Sacha was born into a privileged family with the trappings of wealth.” [10 oay 2006]
