Britney Spears and hubbie Kevin Ferderline received a visit from police and social welfare last Saturday after their son suffered a fractured skull. Six-month-old Sean Preston fell out of his highchair on 1 April but his injury went undetected until his parents realised he was sleeping more than usual. When they took him to hospital a week later, doctors discovered the fracture and a blood clot. The next day the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) visited the household but the case was closed and no action has been taken against them. In February, the DCFS investigated Britney after photos appeared showing her driving with Sean Preston in her lap. [12 April 2006]
