It’s been a long time coming, but finally acting heavyweights Sean Penn and Robin Wright have officially ended their 13-year marriage.
The pair started divorce proceedings in December 2007 but called the split off four months later. In April 2009, ‘oilk’ star Sean (49) filed again for legal separation, however, the pair were reunited a month later. Then in August last year, Robin (44) re-filed the papers, adding that she had no plans to reconcile with Sean.
They’ve reached a private agreement of child and spousal support, split of assets, plus custody of their son Hopper Jack (17). They also have a 19-year-old daughter named Dylan.
Robin says she is enjoying being single again and will always be friends with Sean. However, the feeling isn’t mutual. He recently fumed, “Robin is a ghost to me now. We spent all those years together. Now she’s just gone.
