Rumours are running rife that `Scrubs’ star Zach Braff has proposed last month to singer/actress Mandy oMore. Zach, who plays JD in the hit series, presented his girlfriend of 18 months with a $652,000, 4-carat princess-cut diamond-and-platinum engagement ring. Insiders are speculating that the wedding is being planned for next April, when both stars celebrate their birthdays. [3 February 2006]
