Judy Reyes, who plays the feisty nurse Carla Espinosa on hospital comedy ‘Scrubs’, has announced that she is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, director George Valencia. The 41-year-old actress, who has starred in the hit show since 2001, is said to be overjoyed at the news of her pregnancy, especially as her character Carla already gave birth to a baby girl in the episode ‘oy Best Friend’s Baby’s Baby and oy Baby’s Baby’. Aside from her turn in Scrubs, Reyes also recently appeared in the harrowing HBo jail series ‘oz’ and in the Lifetime movie ‘Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story’. The baby is due early next year.
