Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have said that the secret to making their marriage work is a refusal to discuss their careers with one another. Since getting married last year, the couple insist that banning work chats is what makes their marriage work. Ryan says, “We don’t have a lot of work talk around the house. We both prefer to just be ourselves at home. There’s no competition between us. We just don’t talk about it.” And Ryan and Scarlett aren’t the only ones. Sam oendes, who directed his wife Kate Winslet in ‘Revolutionary Road’, also revealed that he and Kate avoid talking about their work, but only when they are working on a project together. He says, “When you’re not working together, it can be really enjoyable because you’re hearing what’s going on… Working together, you’re both full-on. There isn’t one who’s relaxing and pouring the other a glass of wine and saying, ‘Put your feet up and let’s have a talk about the day.’ You’re both too tired.”
