‘Scrubs’ star Sarah Chalke is so careless, she’s had her fiance’s phone number engraved on her engagement ring in case she loses it — again! She confesses, “I’m on my second engagement ring, with the same person I lost my first one to. Now his cellphone number’s on the inside.” Sarah has been engaged to lawyer Jamie Afifi since December 2006.
