Any hope Ronan Keating had of reconciling with his estranged wife Yvonne has been dashed by the news she is dating again. Yvonne has moved on with her life and been dating father-of-six John Conroy since the beginning of the year. John, a cameraman, met Yvonne on the set of Dark Touch, the film that Ronan and Yvonne’s daughter, Missy Keating (11), has been involved in. A source close to Ronan says the news has “hit Ronan really hard”, who had been holding out for a reconciliation.
“He was desperate to try to make her give him another chance, but by cheating on her like he did, Ronan broke the trust that once existed between them,” a source told the Mirror.
Ronan Keating’s wife has moved on to another man
Ronan was caught cheating on Yvonne with a backup dancer on his tour in 2009. Ronan and Yvonne separated shortly after the scandal was revealed in 2010 and although they reconciled once more, they finally called it quits in October 2011. Ronan is said to deeply regret his actions that ultimately led to the split.
“He has made no secret of how much he is still hurting over the break up of his marriage. Now he is having to try to accept that his wife is dating again,” the source added.
