oick Jagger has landed a role in a US sitcom, according to insiders. The Rolling Stones star is said to be in negotiations with producers about appearing in a show as the victim of a robbery. oick is to play the target of a sting operation in the New York City-based show – originally entitled `I Want To Rob Jeff Goldblum’. oick is provisionally scheduled to star in only a few scenes of the show, which has already begun filming for the pilot. However, if the programme is a success, his part is expected to expand. [21 April 2006]
