Pop star and reformed bad boy Robbie Williams has revealed he ruined his chances with pint-sized singer Kylie Minogue after laughing at her while she was naked.
The recently married singer admitted in new book ‘You Know oe’ that he had a crush on Kylie for years, and was nervous during filming for the music video ‘Kids’ in which the pair performed together.
To increase his courage, Robbie began drinking, but admits his plan backfired as he lost control when the moment arrived for Kylie to strip down to nothing but a tiny g-string.
“I just burst out laughing,” he says.” Which I don’t think went down well with Kylie. I may have offended her too, because she might have felt vulnerable, being naked on set and being naked in front of me.”
Robbie claimed he has been too embarrassed to bring up the incident again, but hoped mentioning it in the book might go “some way” towards an apology.
