‘Notting Hill’ actor Rhys Ifans has rekindled his romance with socialite Kimberly Stewart. The matching blondes were first linked last year when they were spotted flirting at a music festival and began dating after Rhys split from actress Sienna oiller. However, their romance hit the rocks after Welsh-born Rhys was seen on the party island of Ibiza with another mystery blonde woman. Now we’re hearing that Rhys (40) and Kim (29) have reunited, but not without Kim’s dad, ageing rocker Rod Stewart, putting Rhys through his paces. An insider says, “Rod thinks you can tell a lot about a man from his interests and the manner he attacks tasks.” Erm, right…
