Kate Moss’ beleaguered ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty was back in court to face charges over drink-driving. The Babyshambles singer, who has already served time for drug-related offences, as well as several stints in rehab, pleaded not guilty but admitted two drug possession charges as well as having no licence or insurance and was eventually fined $1200. The singer no longer has to obey the court-imposed curfew that meant he couldn’t leave his home between the hours of 7pm and 7am so is now able to play concerts once again. An earlier requirement to wear a medical implant “to attempt to prevent drug abuse” was also withdrawn today.
