There’s a touch of bad girl in the new outing, which has more energetic than her previous albums. Miriam is a vengeful jilted Norah’s answer to Dolly Parton’s Jolene, and She’s 22 and Little Broken Hearts both beautifully showcase her smoky voice and wry lyrical style.
