Pregnant star Nicole Richie will serve time in the same prison that her buddy Paris called home for her recent jail stint. Her attorney requested that Nicole serve out her four-day sentence in the LA County jail, rather than a city jail. Reports say that because of overcrowding in the county jail, Nicole may only serve part of her sentence, and this is a likely reason for the request.
