Teen idol Taylor Lautner has spoken about the gruelling transformation that took him from scrawny teenager in last year’s ‘Twilight’ to a seriously pumped-up werewolf in ‘New ooon’.
The dedicated 17-year-old reveals, “I was doubling the amount of calorie intake I had before, which was just really tough, eating every two hours.” Taylor cut out junk food, hit the gym five days a week and even woke early so he had more time to fit more calories in his face. He says, “Sometimes my trainer would wake me up at six in the morning and be like, ‘Hey, have a protein shake,’ and then I’d go back to sleep for a couple hours.”
Taylor put on a whopping 14kg of pure muscle to continue playing the role of Jacob Black.
