Natalie Imbruglia said that her divorce from Silverchair lead singer Daniel Johns was “liberating”. The UK-based singer was married to Daniel for five years but the two split in January 2008. Natalie says that since she split she has been enjoying a new level of confidence and said that her newfound freedom inspired her to go on Jack osbourne’s reality show ‘Jack osbourne’s Celebrity Adrenaline Junkie’. Says the ‘Torn’ singer, “I would put that down to divorce. You’re just not scared of anything. It’s kind of liberating. So they were like ‘Do you want to free dive, do you want to climb a mountain, some real crazy things?’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, yeah yeah!’ – and all my friends thought I was mad”. Natalie is planning to make her UK comeback later this month with two gigs in London. Her fourth album ‘Come to Life’ will be released in September.
