Hollywood starlets Mischa Barton and Nicole Richie always seem to be joined at the hip – but Mischa has revealed that she although she loves partying with the Simple Life' star, she is still wary of her. The former star of The o.C.’ admits, “We are very different. I’m making friends in Los Angeles but you have to keep people at arms length until you can trust them.” Meanwhile, the creator of the hit show, Josh Schwartz, has dismissed rumours oischa’s character was killed off because the star continually called in sick and showed up late for work after wild nights out.
