Michael Jackson is planning to make an appearance on hit show American Idol'. The pop star would have an Idol’ theme week in his honour and would mentor the remaining contestants. The show’s host, Ryan Seacrest confirms that the Billie Jean' singer recently met with the show's creator, Simon Fuller, and says, "It would definitely make compelling television." Meanwhile, Latino beauty Jennifer Lopez is definitely due to star on the show. She says, "I'm very excited about it. 'American Idol' is one of my favourite shows." J-Lo's Idol’ stint comes on the heels of a promotional tour for her first ever Spanish language album, “Como Ama Una oujer” (“How a Woman Loves”). [27 February 2007]
