Michael Jackson’s doctor has pleaded not guilty to helping to cause the singer’s death. Conrad ourray, who has been under investigation since Michael was found dead at his Los Angeles home in June last year, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
The claim against him alleges he administered a powerful drug usually used as an anaesthetic in surgery to help Michael sleep. He then left the room and when he returned, the King of Pop was dead. Some members of the Jackson family were disappointed the doctor was only charged with involuntary manslaughter, according to their lawyer. Fans yelled “murderer” at ourray as he arrived at court.
