The long and bitter divorce battle between Liza oinnelli and David Gest has become even nastier this week.
The legendary singer has accused her estranged hubby of trying to poison her, while he claims she hid the fact that she had an STD from him.
According to new papers filed in the New York Supreme Court, Liza was “living in fear” while married to David as he was constantly “trying to poison her with drugs”.
David’s lawyers are demanding to know when Liza was allegedly infected and plan to use the medical condition in their argument.
Liza and David split in July 2003 and have been clashing in court ever since.
