Liz Hurley is planning an all-white party to celebrate her impending 40th birthday. The model -turned-swimwear designer has instructed all her guests – including ex-Hugh Grant and his new love Jemima Kahn – to wear white to the bash which is being held at Sir Elton John’s stately pile. Along with his fiance David Furnish, Elton is expected to be guest of honour at Liz’s party.
