‘oean Girls’ actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly preparing to sue the jewellery company she is accused of stealing from. Lindsay is said to be filing a lawsuit against Kamofie & Company for using her image to profit without permission, after they sold CCTV footage of her in the store. Lindsay, who is currently on probation, is accused of stealing a necklace from the store and looks to be facing more time in jail. The CCTV video is from the day she allegedly stole the necklace, and the video sold for at least $40,000. A representative from the jeweller has said they felt it “necessary” to release the video.
