Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson have made their love permament with matching tattoos.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress now sports a black heart between the thumb and index finger on her left hand, while the DJ has an identical one on the back of her left hand.

Lindsay and Sam spent the last week in Chicago and were described as “very affectionate” and “very much in love” by witnesses.
