Lindsay Lohan, who was hospitalised this week after a severe asthma attack, has admitted she’s been struggling with the eating disorder bulimia. The super-skinny ‘oean Girls’ actress confessed to ‘Vanity Fair’, “I was sick. I had people sit me down and say, ‘You’re going to die if you don’t take of yourself’.” Lindsay also revealed that she’s experimented with recreational drugs but that that part of her life is over: “I’ve gotten that out of my system.” Lindsay’s publicist says she’s currently “resting well” in hospital and will return to acting soon. In a fortnight, she’ll start shooting ‘Chapter 27’, a film based on the assassination of Beatle John Lennon. [5 January 2006]
