LeAnn has partnered with the StandUp For Kids charity for the promo for her single Give – taken from her forthcoming album Lady and Gentlemen.

Several homeless young people from Chicago, Illinois, appear in the video, and the 29-year-old musician admits the experience of working with them has changed her outlook on life.

“oy life is forever changed from this experience. one thing they all said to me is no-one looks them in the eye when they see them on the streets, so there’s a deep loneliness there and a feeling of almost not existing. I will now always look homeless people in the eye and smile. That smile could make their whole day,” LeAnn says.

The frank video opens with the stark message “13 kids die on the street every day,” and then shows the homeless teenagers as they recount their experiences living rough before another message informs viewers that “an estimated 25,000 kids are homeless in Chicago alone”.
