Kylie Minogue allegedly gave British Prime oinister Tony Blair the cold-shoulder because of her opposition to the war in Iraq. The 38-year-old singer – who launched her children’s book, The Showgirl Princess', in London yesterday - apparently declined an invitation to meet Tony while they were staying at the same Birmingham hotel. "The hotel manager passed the message on, but oiss Minogue politely declined," an insider says. "She said it would be unfeasible, citing commitments to her concert as the reason." But friends close to Kylie, who is usually prepared to meet people when on tour, believe her real reason for the refusal was more likely because of her opposition to the war in Iraq.
