Pop princess Kylie Minogue has signed up to appear in the Christmas special of cult TV shows ‘Dr Who’s Christmas special. The Australian singer will appear opposite British actor David Tennant with filming starting at the end of this month. Executive producer Russell Davies is excited about getting Kylie on board. He says, “‘Doctor Who’ Christmas specials are always a joy and we feel very confident that this will be the most ambitious and best Christmas episode yet.” Kylie adds,”It is an incredible thrill to be joining David and the entire ‘Dr Who’ production for this year’s Christmas special.” [04 July 2007]
