He’s not even old enough to vote, but this hasn’t stopped Kirstie Alley’s son True from getting engaged at the tender age of 17.
While we’d be rather worried by this news, the former ‘Cheers’ actress is over the moon. Kirsties says, “I feel good because they’re really in love. True’s got a very level head. He’s a good guy. He’s very monogamous and he’s very sweet with her.”
However, there might be cause for concern if True takes after Kirstie (59) when it comes to marital history. The actress got hitched to first husband Bob Alley when she was very young – it ended it divorce. Her second marriage to ‘Baywatch’ star Parker Stevenson also went kapuit after 14 years.
Kirstie admits, “I was married at just 19 years old and that didn’t work. Then I was married when I was 30 years old. That’s when everyone says you should get married – and that didn’t work. So I don’t think I’m an expert on the subject!”
