Hollywood star Kirsten Dunst has admitted that she had never heard of legendary French queen oarie Antoinette before playing her in the film of the same name. The `Spider oan’ actress, who plays the lead in Sofia Coppola’s new movie blames her ignorance on her American education. Kirsten is bitter that she never learned about foreign history at school and has had to catch up as an adult. She says, “When you grow up in America, French history is a smaller paragraph in your text book.” [30 oay 2006]
