Her marriage lasted for 72 days, and Kim Kardashian’s cat Mercy fared just a little longer.
After around 85 days in Kim’s care, Mercy died over the weekend. Kim was repeatedly photographed with the teacup Persian which she adopted in September. “It is with deep sadness that I have to tell you all that my kitten, Mercy, has passed away,” Kim wrote on her blog over the weekend. “My heart is completely broken,” she continued.

But Kim admitted on her blog that she had given up caring for the kitten a while ago after discovering she was allergic and gave him to her sister Khloe’s assistant, Sydney, who had recently lost her own cat. After a couple of weeks in Sydney’s care Mercy had to be taken to the vet as the cat was suffering from stomach problems. It was discovered Mercy had a cancer-like virus.
