Sources say Keanu Reeves has proposed to long-time girlfriend Claire Forlani over a romantic dinner. “Keanu’s finally ready to settle down – and its all because of Claire,” one says. “They’ve been quietly dating for the last three years, but Keanu didn’t work up the nerve to propose until last week. During dinner he was going on about some windows he’d selected for the house. Then he blurted out, ‘It’s going to be a great house for a wedding. I think we should get married.’ Claire was shocked. She got up and gave him a passionate kiss. Afterward they drove out to the house and walked around the grounds making plans for the wedding.” [23 June 2006]
