on the set of Katie Holmes’ latest movie `oad Money’ the actress is making sure that all of the cast and crew are well fed. For the forth-consecutive week Katie has brought in a special treat. “We got cupcakes. They were good, too.” Reveals one of the 200 or so cast members. It all started when she brought in 300 ice cream cones, then 80 pizzas, which had been flown in especially from Chicago and baked locally. “It was a lot of pizza,” one fan says. “We had veggie, sausage, pepperoni.
