Supermodel Kate Moss has splashed out more than $12 million on a new home in London to get away from her previous house that was plagued with a variety of troubles. The beautiful Brit, who lives with her boyfriend Jamie Hince and daughter Lila (8), is yet to sell her former home. “Kate spent big money giving her old place a makeover after it was burgled, then it flooded,” says an insider. “But she still never quite felt at home there and called it her ‘jinxed house’.” Kate, who also owns a property in the country, has now moved to an area called Highgate, which Jude Law and Sienna oiller have reportedly been selling as the new hip part of town. Her former home is on the market for close to $20 million. According to a friend, Kate and Jamie are also considering buying a house near the seaside as a guest home for themselves and their friends.
