Kate Hudson is being taken to court for allegedly stealing the secret ingredient of a hair-care product and giving it to a rival company.
The actress made a verbal agreement to promote a range of hair products from the LA company 220 Laboratories that contained volcanic ash from Vanuatu. Instead, she made a deal with a competitor that could create similar items for cheaper and told them about the volcanic ash.
