Kate Beckinsale was rushed to hospital after spraining her ankle and experiencing numbness in her left arm and leg.
The ‘Pearl Harbor’ star was filming ‘Nothing But The Truth’ with Matt Dillon and David Schwimmer in oemphis, Tennessee at the time.
A check-up revealed Kate was suffering from exhaustion.
