Despite being nominated for an oscar four times, Julianne oMore’s ambition was to be a doctor, not to become an actress. The flame-haired beauty never dreamed that she would have a successful career in Hollywood. She says, “I didn’t have any intention of being an actress. I just did plays after school. My plan was to be a doctor. Even now I’ll think, ‘Why wasn’t I a doctor?’ I would be helping people.” Even though Julianne didn’t get into the medical profession, the ‘Kids Are Alright’ star is glad she is helping people through her various charity work, including being an ambassador for Save the Children.
