‘Fawlty Towers’ actor John Cleese has separated from his wife of 19 years.
A close friend confirms the star and his third wife, Alyce Faye Eichelberger, have decided to end their marriage.
The friend says, “The just have felt that the relationship is not going to continue. They are very sad but fairly resolved about it.”
John is said to have been “melancholy” in recent months.
