Johnny Depp reportedly confirmed for next ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’.

Hollywood heart-throb Johnny Depp (48) has already confirmed he’s prepared to continue playing the lead role of Captain Jack Sparrow for as long as necessary.

Johnny has yet to see the script for the latest film in the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise, and the final deal will depend on whether he likes it.

So far the previous four films have earned $4.5 billion at the international box office.

Speaking about the possibility of future movies in the series, Johnny says, “I still enjoy playing Jack – there’s always more to explore in him. I never want to say goodbye. I love Captain Jack so much I would do ‘Pirates 8’ if they ask me.”
