Actor Casey Affleck and his girlfriend of six years, Summer Phoenix, were married over the weekend. Thirty-year-old Casey is the younger brother of Ben Affleck and 28-year-old Summer Phoenix is the younger sister of actors Joaquin and the late River Phoenix. The couple first met through Joaquin, who has been Ben’s good friend since they co-starred in 1995’s To Die For'. They were engaged for two years before their wedding and have a two-year-old son, Indiana August. The couple are both passionate about politics, animal rights and veganism. "He is a bleeding heart," Phoenix says of Casey. "He is the most generous guy I have ever met." Casey is currently filming Gone, Baby, Gone’, Ben’s directorial debut. [7 June 2006]
