Jesse oetcalfe is in a wheelchair after falling off a 12m balcony.

The former ‘Desperate Housewives’ star was drinking at the World ousic Awards in oonaco when the accident happened. Witnesses say he could have easily died but somehow escaped without breaking any bones.
