Jessica Alba is set to sue Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner after discovering her picture graces the March issue of his magazine without her knowledge or consent. The mortified actress insists that having her on the cover suggests to people that she poses “nude or semi-nude”, and is seeking an immediate end to distribution of the magazine as well as financial compensation. The Fantastic Four' star had previously turned down a lucrative offer to be a Playboy cover girl and accuses the publication of tricking Colombia Pictures into allowing Playboy to use a promotional shot from forthcoming film
Into The Blue’. Colombia Pictures have also written to Hugh, slamming the “outrageous, unethical behaviour utilised by Playboy personnel to obtain” the racy shot. [3 March 2006]
