Looks like Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn weren’t lying when they claimed they were still friends despite their split in December. The Wedding Crashers' star was a guest at Jennifer's 38th birthday party last Saturday at the Beverly Hills home of her best friend, Courteney Cox (Jen's big day was on Sunday). The actor stayed for about two hours along with guests including Sandra oh, David Spade, Patricia Arquette and Kathy Najimy. Vince previously showed his support for his ex at the People's Choice Awards in January, where the former pair each earned trophies for their romantic comedy The Break-Up’. Upon accepting his award, Vince thanked the former `Friends’ actress and called her “one of the great people in Hollywood.” [13 February 2007]
