A former in-law of pop star Janet Jackson has spoken out on a US radio station, claiming that Janet is a mum. Young DeBarge claimed that his brother, who was secretly married to Janet between 1984 and 1985, fathered a daughter with her, who would now be in her late teens. He adds that the child, whom he calls Renee, is now 18 years old and lives with Jackson’s elder sister Rebbie. He says that the family “kept everything real close… no-one really knew… until things kind of surfaced”. Janet has declined to comment on the allegations.
