He can’t exactly be rolling in it as we haven’t seen him around since ‘Dawson’s Creek’. And now it seems James van der Beek’s financial situation has taken another hit.
The actor has lost a bitter court battle with his estranged wife Heather ocComb and is now being forced to pay her $10,000 per month in spousal support, despite the couple having no children together.
Heather, whose has starred in shows such as ‘Party of Five’ and ‘Prison Break’, split with James last November after six years of marriage. James will have to continue these payments until 2012, but court papers reveal that the 33-year-old actor will keep their marital home. The actor will also get to keep all of the movies, stories, scripts and screenplays he wrote during their union. Wonder what Pacey and Joey have to say about all this?
