Iman, the stunning supermodel and wife of singing legend David Bowie, has spoken out about getting together with her famous husband. “The timing was right for both of us,” she says. “We’d had our careers and wanted to concentrate on family life. I ran into him several times over the years and he always invited me to a party. I’d say, ‘Yeah, yeah, I’ll see you there,’ but I never went – I know why girls like me are invited to parties like that! I’m glad I never went because it would have been the wrong time and it probably wouldn’t have worked out.”
