Hugh Grant

While he sported a rather unfashionable pair of shorts in ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’, British actor Hugh Grant is known in real life for being smartly attired.

The actor, who turns 50 on 9 September, thinks it’s important to dress your age. “I think there is a tendency for all of us over 30 to dress too young,” says Hugh. “You walk down the street in New York or in London and all you see is people dressed as teenagers when they’re in their forties. I think that’s terrible.”

But Hugh’s not taking all the credit for his perfectly polished look. The ex-boyfriend of Liz Hurly and Jemima Khan credits a woman’s influence on a man’s style. “I think every man listens to women. If a woman says, ‘You look nice in those jeans,’ they’ll go on wearing those jeans for the next 20 years,” he jests.
