Heartbreak for Natasha Henstridge

‘Species’ actress Natasha Henstridge has called off her engagement to reality contestant and singer Darius Danesh, citing geographical differences for the split.

Natasha, whose last major role was in the miniseries ‘Would Be Kings’, is based in LA, while Darius – who shot to fame by belting out a demented version of ‘Baby one More Time’ on the British reality series ‘Popstars’- is based in the UK.

Natasha’s spokesperson says, “They tried to make it work. They really care about one another, but their careers took them in different directions. Darius is spending a lot of time in London, as Natasha is based in Los Angeles.”

Natasha (35) and Darius (29) got engaged in 2007. According to Natasha’s rep, “They will remain great friends.”
