Jessica Simpson turns 28 today and started the celebrations earlier this week by heading to Calabasas on the California coast with boyfriend Tony Romo. The couple met up with Jess’ pregnant sister Ashlee and her husband Fall out Boy’s Pete Wentz. At one point the sisters even got up on stage at the restaurant to sing with the covers band.
